Each studio gets a custom CRM and training shaped by its sales data,
backed by a network of studios that support one another.

The framework

Acceleration follows
MTM Strategy

Get clear on what you offer. Reach the right people. Build relationships that turn into business.

Read the article
1. Define your focus

Passport

Know who you help, which problem you solve, and why your studio is the right choice.

PositioningIdeal clientPortfolio
2. Reach your market

Transport

Put your expertise in front of the right people without sounding like a generic LinkedIn post.

Content · Networking · Outreach

3. Create value

Relationship

Qualify the client and project. Understand the value you can bring, then help them move forward.

Qualification · Pricing · Sales

Designed to work with supporting organizations, too

What studios get

  1. 1.

Get an understanding of what they sell, to whom, and in which market first.

Backed by MTM Strategy’s Passport, Transport, Relationships framework

  2. 2.

Get a private CRM pipeline that stores their sales and marketing data and establishes a sales routine.

  3. 3.

Get interventions based on real data.

Many contacts but few replies mean the offer or the targets are wrong.

  4. 4.

Get a network of peers moving on neighboring pipelines, who support, crowdsource, and keep each other accountable. Weekly peer reviews, referrals.

What organizations get

  1. 1.

See real outcomes and KPIs – number and source of leads, meetings, proposals, sales, reasons for lost deals, instead of inputs – attendees, hours, events.

  2. 2.

Get data-backed insights on trends and bottlenecks.

5 studios hold qualified Swedish leads worth €90k; support a trip to a Swedish conference.

  3. 3.

Every lead in a pipeline maps where it came from, so every won deal and signed contract can be traced all the way back to that first website visit or a particular introduction at an event.

hello@mtm.network

I was running a small creative studio in Moldova. We were generalists doing motion design and live action for everybody. Video for brands, as they say. Most of our work was international, but none of it came from a system. Clients found us, referred us, brought us in. A US studio brought us in on the marketing for their NASA project (opens in a new tab) that way. Good work kept arriving without a system. And one day it stopped. So it goes. I was not running a small creative studio anymore.

Later, working with the Creative Industries Association of Moldova (COR), I saw the same challenges appear across creative businesses from small markets. Pretty much everyone in such circumstances made the mistakes we did with our studio. Mostly lack of positioning and sales systems. This insight is what later became the Move to Market Strategy and led to me founding the MTM Network—a community of creative studios that run their studios in a conscious, data-driven way.

Questions & answers

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do you work with supporting organizations?

Yes, the org gets its own view of the whole studio cohort’s data, stripped of personal and client data to keep things private to the studios they are supporting. The organization gets more insights on what initiatives to push among its beneficiaries and makes a switch from input KPIs (hours trained, attendees, number of speakers) to outcome KPIs (leads generated, source of leads, number of meetings, number of proposals). Plus, the organization can track each sale back to the initial lead source. MTM STRATEGY S.R.L. is a private company registered in the Republic of Moldova.

How private is studios’ data?

The data is stored in the EEA. Your pipeline and your customers’ personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, your notes and tasks) are private to you. You can export your data in .csv at any time.

How is the acceleration structured?

We onboard you by assessing your studio/export offer first. We then go through the whole MTM Strategy stack (Passport, Transport, Relationship) in group training, community gatherings, and/or 1:1 sessions. Together we design your very own sales pipeline for your service offering. Work, measurement, intervention, repeat.

AI?

Totally optional. You can connect your ChatGPT or Claude via native MCP, or use an API to chat and manipulate your data. You can also use AI in certain workflow automations such as auto data enrichment or in-house sales management. We believe in human-to-human connection, so expect no AI outreach or mass email schemes in the acceleration.

Who is it for?

Creative studios and firms who want to export their professional services to other markets. Motion design, VFX, graphic design, game dev, scriptwriting, IT…
